By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

4. Membership Subscriptions

Access to certain areas of Movified Nation requires an active membership subscription.

Membership subscriptions are purchased on our website and processed through Stripe.

The Movified Nation mobile application does not process in-app purchases.

5. User Content

Users may post or upload content including text, media, comments, and messages.

By posting content, you grant Movified Nation the right to display and distribute that content within the platform.

Users remain responsible for the content they post.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal or harmful content
• Harass or abuse other members
• Upload malicious software

• Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities

Movified Nation reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Movified Nation administrators may moderate discussions, remove content, or suspend accounts when necessary to maintain a safe community environment.

8. Store Purchases

Products purchased through the Movified Nation store are processed through Stripe and may be subject to additional policies related to shipping, refunds, or fulfillment.

We strive to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

11. Limitation of Liability

Movified Nation provides its services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
